Yes. If you already have a website in English, Spanish, or another language, we can translate and adapt the content into natural Japanese.
Yes. We ask you to provide the basic information and source content about your business and services. We then translate, edit, and, where necessary, add information to make the content clear and easy to understand for Japanese audiences.
Yes. We provide suitable images for the website and can also create images when needed.
Yes. We can add Japanese to an existing multilingual website or help you create a multilingual website.
Yes. The BASIC and PREMIUM packages do not include domain registration, server setup, WordPress initial setup, or business email setup. You can arrange these yourself, or add our Initial Setup Package (€150) and we can handle them for you.
We also offer an affordable management plan for ongoing domain and hosting management after the initial setup. Please let us know if you are interested.
We use a Google Form for the initial questionnaire. For detailed questions and follow-ups, we generally communicate through a shared Google Sheet and email.
If a meeting is needed, we use Google Meet. An interpreter can join the meeting if required. Interpretation is available in English, Spanish, and German.
If you have an ongoing maintenance plan, updates and support are included as part of the service. If you do not have a maintenance plan, minor updates can be requested for €60 per set. Any issues caused by our work will be addressed at no additional cost.

HOW IT WORKS

INITIAL BRIEF
We will send you a questionnaire via Google Forms. Please provide basic information about business, services, target audience, and website needs.

PROJECT CONFIRMATION
We review your brief and confirm the website scope, timeline, fee, and other project details before moving forward.
03.
PAYMENT
Once project details are confirmed, we will send an invoice. Please review and pay. Production will begin once payment is received.
04.
CONTENT & MATERIALS
Please provide the information needed for your website. If you have images, logos, or anything useful for the site, please provide them.
05.
DESIGN & CREATION
We will create your website design and content based on the materials provided, then present the first draft for your review.
06.
REVISIONS & FEEDBACK
Three rounds of revisions are available for design, font, image, and layout changes. Please share your requested changes for each round.
07.
FINAL CHECK
We check display across devices such as smartphones and computers. Key functions, including contact forms and email delivery, are also checked.
08.
LAUNCH
Once the final version is approved, we will launch the website. After launch, the service will be considered complete.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
Booking systems, advanced functions, and other special features may require an additional fee.
LARGE AMOUNTS OF CONTENT
Large amounts of product information, blog articles, item names, or similar content may require an additional fee.
DESIGN CHANGES
Minor changes are available with an ongoing plan. Other design or content changes are charged separately.
PROJECT TIMELINE
Projects generally take around one month after payment. Delivery dates may vary depending on project progress.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Domain, hosting, paid plugins, and other third-party service fees are generally paid separately by the customer.
